Tasty Present is a family-run chocolate-gift manufacturer in the Netherlands, with around a hundred staff and more than four decades in the trade.
Its range runs from chocolate gift boxes and letters to photo chocolates and printed chocolate telegrams, and it expanded into the German market in 2023.
The challenge
The company’s earlier printing equipment was the weak link: breakdowns, downtime, poor repeatability, and weak after sales support led to returns and missed deadlines — costly for a gifting business that lives and dies on its peak seasons.
The solution
Tasty Present standardised its production floor on IMAGO Vulpes machines — six in total — chosen for a large working area, automatic height detection, and stable, reliable serial operation that fits a factory line.
The results
Production now runs continuously, with quality and repeatability holding across the full range, and the operation can fully personalise every product — central to how it sells. The result is a more stable, more profitable line built on equipment the team can depend on through its busiest periods.
Six machines, one standard — the production continuity an industrial gifting business needs.
