Questions about the Vulpes Pro
Can it really print directly on chocolate?
Yes. A special built-in system activates the first layer of the chocolate surface, so the colour stays in instead of beading — no transfer sheets or primers. The same works for caramel, isomalt and jelly beans.
How fast is it in practice?
A full 32 × 65 cm table prints in about 90 seconds depending on resolution — up to three times faster than the classic Vulpes. Made by Nel went from about 400 to 1,600 pieces an hour.
When should I look at the Amber?
When volumes grow beyond a table at a time, or you want the very best print quality on standard 40 × 60 cm trays straight from the oven.
